Request for Statutory Assessment: £250

I will advise on the necessary paperwork needed, help you to write a parental report and request a Statutory Assessment from the Local Authority for you.

Statement Health Check: £200

Send me your child's Statement and the accompanying paperwork and I will tell you if and how the Statement can be changed to reflect your child's needs. If you are at the stage of receiving a Proposed Statement I will look through the paperwork and advise on amendments that need to be requested from the Local Authority.

Parental Report for Annual Review meeting: £200

This is an important report to write as parents have the opportunity to appeal to Tribunal if the Local Authority does not amend your child's Statement following an Annual Review. I can advise and help you to write your report to be submitted to your child's school and the Local Authority.

Per Response: £200

If at any time a response is needed when dealing with the Local Authority or the school I will help you to write the response with the correct jargon to maximise the opportunity for success.

Tribunal Appeal-Refusal to Assess: £750

If the Local Authority has refused to assess your child and you want to appeal that decision I will write an appeal letter and complete all relevant and necessary paperwork and will ensure all deadlines are met.

Tribunal Appeal-Parts 2, 3 and or Part 4: £1,500

If you are not satisfied with Part 2 and or Part 3 (needs or provision) of the Final Statement or with the name of a school in Part 4, I will help you navigate the system, write an appeal letter and complete all relevant and necessary paperwork and ensure all deadlines are met.

Representation at Tribunal: £700*

Not all parents feel confident to represent themselves at Tribunal. I am available to represent you and your child. however, this service is only offered if I have written your appeal.

*this cost is for tribunals in London, outside London will incur a charge for travel and accommodation to be discussed on a case by case basis. Clients will be responsible for agreeing additional costs with expert professionals/witnesses.
